Arifoglu Turkish Dolma Spice – 250 grams.

Ingredients of Arifoglu Turkish Dolma Spice:

Red pepper (35%), coriander (28%), sweet pepper (7%), black pepper, ginger, turmeric, allspice, cinnamon.

 

 

Prepare Turkish dolma using dolma spice.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of rice.
• 500 grams of minced meat.
• 1 cup of finely chopped parsley.
• 2 potatoes.
• 1 tablespoon of ghee.
• Salt and black pepper to taste.
• 4 tomatoes.
• 1 medium-sized onion.
• 1 tablespoon of dried mint.
• 2 tablespoons of corn oil.
• 2 tablespoons of Turkish Dolma Spice.
• 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
• 1 chicken stock cube.
• Zucchini, sweet green pepper, eggplant, and grape leaves as desired.

 

Preparation method:

Heat the oil and ghee in a pot.

Fry the onion in the pot and add the tomato pulp.

Add the minced meat, tomato paste, salt, black pepper, and chicken stock cube. Allow the ingredients to cook on low heat until a homogeneous sauce is formed.

Mix the rice with mint and parsley, then add the sauce to it.

Place slices of potatoes, tomatoes, and onion rings at the bottom of the pot.

Stuff the vegetables with the rice mixture.

Arrange the stuffed vegetables in the pot and cover them with grape leaves. Add an appropriate amount of water.

Bring the pot to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat. Leave the dolma to cook until fully cooked. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
