Turkish Kofta Spice Blend is a mixture of spices for meatballs to enhance their flavor and aroma

It is prepared from a combination of compatible spices and adds color to the meatballs.

It is used in various grilled meat dishes. We recommend using two tablespoons of the spice blend for every kilogram of minced meat.
